I require a contractor to lay a front path from the street boundary to the front door of my house on a sloping property - path to be approximately 1.35 metres wide - distance of 5.3 metre with an elevation difference of 1.0 metres - basically its 5 x 200 high x 1.075 long steps.
boral pavers to be laid on top with a 45 degree herring bone pattern inside of a straight paver border to match existing driveway.
have drawings of whats required - therefore should be no doubt in whats required.
approximate volume of concrete required for steps would be 1.6 cubic metres.
the use of reinforcing mesh will be discussed prior to commencement of work on the advice if concreter.
site has easy access with sufficient laydown area either side of the job site, water and power are close by and there are no powerlines over head.
this is a required project and I,m not fishing for quotes.
timeframe is asap.
the reason why the path is approx 1.35 metres wide is because I am not sure of the exact width of a boral paver 45 degree herring bone pattern that will minimise the cutting of full pavers.
