Have a suspended concrete block 8.5M x 3.5M laid on a sloping block

My wife and I are proposing to have a Kit Home built on a sloping block which slopes downwards from the street.
The block is level with the street for approx 2M then slopes downwards at approx 20 degrees over 2.5 metres before continuing the slope at around 5 degrees.
Building regulations say we need to build 5M back from the property perimiter.
We intend to have the house raised to a height of 1M at the 5M mark(for purposes of views). This brings the flooring to street level.
We need an estimate of the cost of having a suspended concrete slab of 8.5M long(down the slope) by 3.3M Wide laid.
The slab will be at Ground level at the front and 2M elevated at the rear.
Floor system will probably be steel system.
