I need to dig up and remove a concrete driveway and some extra concrete

We have a concrete driveway of about 12 metres that is cracking and needs removal. it is not solid, but has concrete just where the tyres go.
we also have some solid concrete around the back of the house that needs removal - same width as the driveway but solid - roughly another 10 metres.
we need the concrete removed.
