The courtyard is 3.4m wide and approx. 10m long. The site is at the end of the courtyard. Additionally, an existing 7.87sqm concrete footpath needs to be pressure washed to match in colour to the new concrete. And we have 2 exposed drains that need the cover re-concreted.
