We are looking for the following: Phase 1: • Slab on ground for the new 6m x 6m garage (polished concrete) • Cross over for new garage (not sure if this can be polished concrete due to location and proximity to side ROW) • Spa pit (to support sunken spa refer to Alfresco) – (may be included in Phase 2 if recommended) • Strip footing around Alfresco to support wall and pool fencing and slabs/paving to perimeter of alfresco decking – (may be included in Phase 2 if recommended) Phase 2 (following demolition of existing rear extension): • Appx. 8 sqm slab extension to existing family room slab on ground • Appx. 4 sqm slab extension to existing kitchen slab on ground • Slap on Ground for new Laundry, PDR 1 and new Staircase and walls • Level slab for new AC system • Strip footing around Alfresco to support wall and pool fencing and slabs/paving to perimeter of alfresco decking – (if not complete as part of phase 1) Phase 3 (following completion of first story bathroom) • Slap on ground for ENS1 (of master bedroom – to be done once new extension complete) Plans can be provided on request.
