A new house is being built on a corner lot in Truganina. It should be finished in 2 months. The kerb crossover on the block of land needs to be changed to where the garage is. We'd need to get council approval to put the new crossover in. According to council regulations, the new crossover can't be within 1 meter of services such as electricity, gas, Telstra, water, etc. I would also be interested in quotes to do two concrete driveways to two different houses in the same estate in Truganina as well.
