Be very wary of this guy. Does thigns on the cheap and takes shortcuts. Left us will huge damage that we had to fight out in tribunal. THe quality of the finish on the stencil was terrible but the worst part was the lack of attention to detail and no cleaning after the job that left us with concrete all over our external walls and marks on our front entrance. This was alll on a brand new home. Lucky we sold the house and no one complained about it all. He eventually came and fixed it up as besty tjhey could but only after the tribunal and numerous calls to ask him to come back.
