It's an exiting shed with 50mil cement pad which we will break up and take away. We need a new pad 100mil so we can have the shed approved as dwelling. Shed is 12 x 6 plus we need an extra 4 m wide so all up the size is 12 x 10 with quality to match chittering shire standards.
