The concreting around the pool area need to be replaced. Currently have a tiled surface. I would like this to be replaced with stenciled concreting. Includes retaining wall to be properly installed either by same or other contractor prior to concreting.Job specifications could be including or excluding installation of retaining wall. Could also include or exclude removal of existing concrete surface. So if you are not interested in the other aspects of the job, e.g. fixing the retaining wall, or removing/cutting the existing concrete then I could have that done separately.Approximately 10m x 7 m surrounding the pool area.
