Remove concrete path and lay new path

Break up and remove existing path by hand.

Redirect water supply pipes which are situated near the fence, to run under the path along side the building.

Check if the old galvanised pipe is redundant, if so remove it. If it is a current gas supply pipe, work out a new route for it which is away from the fence

Take out two broken sewer gully traps and replace with two new ones.

Import new filling to support the new path where required. The existing path supports itself in at least one place that we know of.

Form up for new path, sloping from the carpark level to the entry steps, level path in front of steps, and sloping path from steps to footpath. Form a lip against fence to prevent water flowing into next door. Place steel reinforcing mesh and pour concrete. The rear portion from the hot water unit to the carpark will have to be placed by shovel as access by wheelbarrow will not be possible.. An easy way would be access through the fence from next door, but not a possibility with this scheme. No access at all to avoid problems during construction. Finally, finish off path with a trowel for a standard non slip finish.
