Repair 3 sections of a block brick retaining wall which is leaning over.

Due to a council enforcement notice i have an engineer's report on what is required to repair a front block retaining wall/fence in 3 sections of 2.4, 4.1 and 4.1 m in lenth (1.2 m high).

a number of concrete piers (about 8) need to be bored into the ground behind the wall, and then holes need to be drilled through the wall to the piers, after which steel bolts are to be inserted to support the wall.

also a single brick wall (18m in length) needs to removed down to a height of 500mm (from about 1.2m) and sealed again with mortar along the top of the wall.

the total job then needs to then be certified for submission to the council.
