Replace – approximately 5.3m x 2m of concrete in the bin corral of the property and ensure that the concrete falls towards the garden bed and drive to eliminate the pooling of water.
Specifications:
Set safety signs and barricades.
Saw cut and remove concrete.
Remove any soft or unsuitable base material.
Set crushed rock (if required) and mechanically compact.
Prepare bed. Set formwork.
Pour new 100mm, 25mpa concrete.
Concrete is to be reinforced with SL72 mesh and R10 pins @ 400 centres.
Remove debris, leaving a clean site.
