Hi,
We are planning to lay a concrete floor slab for 2 storey residence at Glen Waverley. The area of the slab including the garage is 140 sqm. The total length of end beams and mid beams would be around 90m in total length. The plans are attached for your reference. The access to the site is through a 3.6wide drive way.
Specs for the slab
100mm thick infill slab, SL82 (T), 30mm cover, Poured on 0.2mm moisture barrier & 50mm sand
All the slab penetrations for plumbing, electrical, mechanical services to be fixed with Termimesh (termite protection) by approved installer.
Slab edges to be given suitable (rebate) depth for brick work/ hebel panels/concrete blocks as required.
House slab FFL to be 300mm above existing site level.
Garage slab FFL to be 300mm lower than the house slab (in level with the site level to access from driveway)
Concrete Grade – N25
Beam reo – 3L11M
Beam size – 300w x 450d
