Job composed of 3 parts.
1) Stamped and Coloured Concrete Driveway
Area - Approx 75m2, rectangle.
Flat surface
Soil is sandy, classified "P"
Colour: Dark, undecided. Would like to choose from your range.
Stamp style: Would like to choose from your range.
Good depth and quality is required to ensure no cracking and colour is maintained.
2) Front Porch
Area: Approx 6-9m2 attached to driveway.
Material same as driveway for continuous finish.
3) Alfresco area
Area: 12.53m2 square shape
Required for 600x600mm porcelain tiles, therefore the finish needs to be suitable for fixing of these tiles. Information provided below from tiler;
The concrete should be min 25 MPa with appropriate reo for your site. It should be trowel finish not rough screed or at a minimum bull float and fresno trowel, the fresno should be run until no major visiable trowel marks can be seen with required fall. the concrete will need to cure as per adhesive manufacturors instructions and most probably acid etched to help adhesive key to conc. to avoid acid etch when the final trowel finish is obtained the concretor can apply a broom finish this will help also with adhesive keying to conc.
