The driveway in question is attached to a block of townhouses. Approximately 25+m in length.
From the attached image, you will notice that only part of the driveway is tiled.
A large number of these tiles are cracked and the body corporate want to either:
a) Have them replaced with new, more durable tiles.
b) Have them removed and replaced with concrete - possibly with "painted on" tiles.
This is dependent on cost and the time it will take.
