I have an irrigation pipe (1.7m) running across the top of my concrete staircase. These stairs are 1.7metres in width. Please see attached photo.
I need someone to use an auger to drill a hole underneath the concrete stairs, so I can then relay the irrigation pipe underneath the stairs. The soil underneath the staircase is clay soil.
Access is very easy from both sides.
The property is in Williams Landing.
