I am wishing to remove an internal wall within my strata title apartment. The apartment block is 3 storeys and I live on the top floor. The floor is a concrete slab and the roof ceiling joists run parallel with the external brick wall. I am after a quote from a Builder or Structural Engineer who can 1) Provide certified evidence that the wall is either load bearing/not load bearing and 2) Advise if a Building or Planning Permit would be needed if I was able to remove the wall.
