Geotechnical report for DA to build 4 houses on 794 sqm land

We are proposing to do a DA on a piece of land at Red Hill in Brisbane to develop 4 x 3 level houses. We require a geotech report to get a survey of the soil beneath the land to make sure that we are able to excavate the land between 2-3m deep.
For example, if we discover that there are large rocks and we can't excavate or it's too expensive to excavate, then we will not proceed with the DA.
The land is approximately 794 sqm and we're looking at excavating up to 2-3 m from the back.
