Need advice and quote to provide structural specs for partial removal of two internal walls and replacement with structural beams/lintels as required. The place is ground floor apartment in a double brick two storey building. Ceiling is concrete slab. The plan is to partially remove two walls to create open plan living/kitchen. I will need certified plans and specifications as it will need to go through body corporate for approval. I have already had preliminary verbal advice that it is possible and now I want to progress to the next stage. On site quote preferred. Please contact me if further information is required.
