I have a weatherboard Victorian Cottage single fronted in Brunswick (approx. 90 years old). The front section of the house is leaning towards one side (2 front bedrooms).
Scope of work:
1. Identify the possible cause of the leaning walls, and provide treatment plans. Plasterboard in the hallway will be removed to help in identifying the cause (and potentially I might be able to pull out few floorboards as well). There is also a vertical crack in the living room, which I suspect related with the leaning walls at the front.
2. Identify if the wall between kitchen & living room can be removed (towards the back of the house), and provide advises on actions required to remove the wall
