Cannot open wooden venetian blind(Long slats) as the cord has come off the internal roller that open and closes the wooden slats. Please do not respond if you are selling new blinds.

The slats don't open. I pull the curtain rope but the blinds don't open. the rope pulls down but it seems it is off the teeth of the roller.
