  A chimney, attached to the side of a weatherboard house, forming part of the outside wall needs to be demolished. The chimney, made of brick is approx 4-5 meters high and approx 1.5 metres wide.
The resulting rubble does not need to be removed.
clearance from the neighbours fence is approx 3.2 metres.
