The house is approx 15 squares, 2 bathrooms. There are several large trees on the site, one of which is about 20m high, and will need these removed and possibly root barriers? The house has been inspected for asbestos and has asbestos shingle roofing, and on eaves, and under carport. Internally there is asbestos in the laundry sheeting only. Would prefer if someone could quote for the lot.
