We require the services of a demolition contractor who can provide the following services:
1. 2 x Properties with Metal Sheds Demolition & Asbestos Removal
2. Demolition Permit and Clearance Certificate, including associated fees
3. Asbestos removal from wall cladding, roof, and standalone shed including some parts under the tiles inside the house. Asbestos Clearance Certificate, including associated fees and EPA approvals
4. Demolition and removal of houses, standalone metal sheds, foundations, and footings, garage, paths & paving, front fence, any tree roots, existing fencing etc.
5. Removal of grass and vegetation from the surface
6. Scrape and smooth the site to existing levels
7. Fully cleared site with track roll finish
8. Temporary fencing for a period of 2 months
Notes:
1. Asbestos is only affecting one property and the other property is clear of asbestos
2. Access to both properties is via a 3-meter wide lane way (trucks and heavy equipment will not fit through) or Ballarat Road which will require traffic management and Vic Roads consent for ingress and egress to the properties
3. Property plans are attached for clear understanding and access requirements
