Pool is @ 12 years old. concrete i/g @ 6m x 2m. one end edging and coping raised about 40cm from ground level. butts up against timber decking so care is needed. access is restricted, along side of house @ 1.8m. i would like it demolished, filled, compacted, turfed (good quality tough turf) and site left neat with any excess removed (am very near concrete recycling dump at nudgee so dumping fees negligible).
