Hello,
I'm seeking quotes to have a house demolished, and site left prepared for new residential house build.
To demolish and remove:
- 3 Bedroom clad house @ 142m2
- Asbestos fibro clad garage @ 48m2
- Concrete driveway @ 60m2
- 2x smaller concrete slabs @ 17m2 total
- Optional: 3x trees approx 4-5m tall, plus roots from 3-5 trees previously removed.
Services:
- Services disconnected.
- All pipes removed from underneath future building pad, and front yard.
House is raised, sitting on concrete piers. It may be asbestos clad underneath the PVC cladding. Roof material is tiles. House is in good shape, liveable, polished timber floors, water proof and secure. All doors, windows and fittings go with the house. I'd like to keep a few cabinets and the pantry from the kitchen.
Garage is detached from house, tiled roof and sits on concrete slab. Has a roller door and 2x large windows. All working, in good condition.
The block has a 15m frontage on a standard residential street. Easy access to/from Great Western Highway.
I can supply a contour survey of the block showing location of all structures, trees, services etc.
