We require demolition of a house to facilitate construction of a new house. There are a number of significant size trees which also require removal, can this be performed concurrently. The house to be demolished is a 3 bed/1 bath single storey weatherboard, unsure if asbestos is present. Access to the site is good, overhead cables are located on the opposite side of the street. We also require levelling of the block for new house construction, can this also be quoted.
