* An in-ground pool made of fiberglass 8.8m x 3.8m with a maximum depth of 6ft
* An aluminum fence surrounding the pool on two sides (roughly 10m and 5m)
* Small trees surrounding the aluminum fence
* An entertainment room on a concrete slab 7.4m x 3.6m wide. Note that the walls and roof of this room contain asbestos.
* A 16m long wooden fence
The pool also needs to be filled to support future development if needed.
