  My current demolisher cannot commence the demo works. I am looking for someone who can start immediately.

The demo permit has been obtained, but needs to be transferred. The asbestos sheeting in the eaves has been removed. My gas and electricity has been abolished. The house is vacant, and ready to be demolished.

The demo permit is to be transferred by PWJ Surveyors. I already have the asset protection permit.

I need someone to start the work immediately.

The scope of work I need is as follows:

I will myself remove the 4 trees in the backyard (1 large English oak, 2 Pittosporum and 1 Callistemon). You don’t need to remove those trees.

Everything else needs to go including all remaining vegetation on site. I need a level dirt patch after the job is done.

I also need your machines to remove as much of the bamboo root system (left, right and rear of property) as possible without damaging the fences.

I’ll need temp fencing to be organised by you.

I need the plumbing work done through you too, as specified below:

The Sewer Service will be capped at the tie point, and line removed from house.
The Storm Water Service will be capped at the entry point to the property (LPOD), and remove line from house.
The Water Service will be capped on the dwelling side of the meter, and remove line from house, with the meter and tap to remain on site.

The proposed building area to be free of underground pipes from the existing services.

And the entire site is entirely cleared of everything, in readiness for a new home construction (except the 4 trees above).

Remove all trees/vegetation on site (large and small) (except 4 trees above).

You’ll need to apply to have the permit transferred into your name.

Also need removal of:

• Debris resulting from demolition
• Concrete slab
• Standard foundations from existing dwelling to 1m below ground level
• Front fence

Leave a clean and tidy site.
