We would like a FIXED PRICE quotation on the de-fitting of the following:
. Install hoarding if required in front of the shop.
. Removal of all cabinets and shelves and sales counter as well as make safe of all associated electrical points.
. Removal of ceiling and ceiling tracks and make good.
. Removal of all lighting, air conditioner, and cameras and make good.
- Repair floor tiles with exact matching if possible
. Removal of front signage, bulkhead, column treatment
. Removal of fitting room wall partition
. Repair OR removal of roller shutter at front of shop and make good. Please quote for repair and complete removal separately
. Repair and make good of any damage to internal walls and surfaces.
. Remove all rubbish and clean the shop before handover.
. Fire Sprinkler capping
Inspection is welcome to assist with quoting for the job at own convenience, however, please call Natalie from Lansdowne Management Group on 02. 9728. 1355. to arrange. Prefer only fixed-price quotation and inclusive GST. We are aiming for the $10,000 inc GST region for all works.
We would appreciate if your quotation with labour + materials included in the quote as we will need to pass this to our own head office management for review before we proceed.
