We are preparing to build a new house to the rear of our current house with the plan that we will demolish the existing house once the new one is finished. We are looking for a demolition contractor to help us with a 2 phase demolition.
Phase 1:
To the rear of the property there is a fibreglass pool and timber cabana with asbestos roof. We need to have these removed, along with the pool fence.
Phase 2:
Once we have moved into the completed new house, the front house needs to be demolished. We are currently looking into the option of keeping one section of the house to convert to a detached garage.
