Every year or so, the garage roller door loses tension and its internal spring needs to be retightened. right now it's so heavy that the motor cannot handle the load and starts skipping (loud "thunking" sounds) without manual assistance (which is no good when you're in the car trying to get it open with the remote control.) need someone to tighten spring and check motor to ensure it hasn't been damaged by all the "thunking".
