Hello. my name is grant and i live in a unit at east brisbane. we are in the process of re-doing our kitchen and wish to knock out a wall with 1/2 windows and ½ concrete and put bi-folds joining the kitchen with the smallish balcony. the height would be right to the ceiling (just an average ceiling height) and the distance would be 2-3 metres. do you come on-site to do quotes or do you generally quote over the phone? cheers

In 30 year-old unit complex, have large three-panel external balcony door (two fixed panes, one glass sliding segment), approx. 3m53cm long in total and 2m43cm tall. unknown make. door frames... In 30 year-old unit complex, have large three-panel external balcony door (two fixed panes, one glass sliding segment), approx. 3m53cm long in total and 2m43cm tall. unknown make. door frames totally aluminium. sliding door rollers have previously been so worn down that they've shaved away the aluminium track, which is now warped. have previously replaced rollers but the door continues to not slide smoothly and is misaligned when trying to latch it shut. concerned that door may jump off track altogether. door seems too heavy for just the two rollers underneath it. track appears to be cemented into raised area between inside and balcony. hoping to replace the track portion that is warped, if possible. rollers will also need replacing at same time. would appreciate a few quotes about the possible options. thanks.
