When we open the roller door either from the button in the garage or the remotes in the cars it seems to open a little way and stops , we push the button again and it will open a little way and stops, if we keep trying it then cracks it and goes up and down and the will go down and not move for quite a while. it does seem at times that it might be struggling to go up.
