We have a large metal framed glass sliding door (2.7m by 2.7m approx) that seems to be getting stuck in the bottom guide rail, that is recessed into a wall cavity. the rail and rollers are built into the ceiling and accessable by removing acoustic plaster tiles.

the door can currently close all the way but only open about a metre or so.
