Alteration of plans for renovation
John requested 3 quotes from Draftsmen in Preston
Had completed initial plans. Now require some alterations to pass final inspection, as well as a couple of alterations for future work to pass through council. Would like to know cost of drawing the following.
- where we had shower it is now a bath
- the hallway has become a double hallway right through - bathroom and kitchen now start further in
- there is a eurolaundry is approximately 1.4metres and includes trough on higher side (of the page) and washing machine on the lower.
- next to the eurolaundry is the pantry
- the kitchen return was removed as the fridge went there, and a kitchen island went in the middle (70cm wide 150cm long)
- the window is centred above the sink
the other changes to the house are
- removal of window (and turned into wall) of the vertical (furthestmost) wall of the living room
- removal of proposed ensuite
- removal or proposed larger deck at front (current one remains)
and the other change we would like would be the repositioning of the carport in the centre of the crossover, pulled as close as possible to the garage door we now have there
+ a taller front fence
So will need to go through planning again with the council.
