I have obtained Planning Permits for 3 X 2-storey units at Clayton, total area of approx 500sqm. Permit is expiring in Nov2015. Part of the block is subject to flood Special Building Overlay.
Now I am interested in moving forward to the next stage & obtain working drawings before I start approaching builders.
