I am after plans for a carport 6m(l) x 3m(w) x 2.5m(h). Plans to suit for owner builder to build. Would prefer timber. I have a pre-existing slab. A flat roof is required and the carport is to be free-standing. Roof run-off for small tank.
Plans to be drawn up to be submitted to Hobson's Bay City Council.
I would like materials and fitings list and costings. No electrical work to be provided for.
