Hi,
I am a property developer looking to build townhouses in Moonee Ponds. My site dimensions are 13m x 52m (676sqm). There are no covenants or easements and the site is flat and clear. I need a draftsman to complete the initial town planning plans and apply for town planning permit, then complete the working drawings and obtain soil tests, engineering, etc...
I would like to build 3-4 townhouses.
In submitting your quote, please advise:
1) Your experience with similar projects in the area (Moonee Valley Council), particularly in Moonee Ponds. If you can provide reference addresses (and plans if possible), that would be helpful.
2) Your recommendations for the site, i.e. 3 townhouses or 4? Rough estimate on size of each townhouse.
3) Cost breakdown.
4) Expected time frames.
