Current layout is 1 BR, 1 bathroom. We want to convert the property into a 2 BR, 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom. Will involve removal of walls, construction of new walls, raising roof height at the back of the house, and likely to require installation of supporting beams in the roof/ceiling. We intend to stay within the existing perimeter of the house (no extension work).
