Current layout is 1 BR, 1 bathroom. We want to convert the property into a 2 BR, 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom - see attachments. Will involve removal of walls, construction of new walls, raising roof height at the back of the house, and likely to require installation of supporting beams in the roof/ceiling. We intend to stay within the existing perimeter of the house (no extension work).
