We have an existing pergola in our backyard. We are planning to cover the roof with a plastered ceiling and flat colourbond roof. Council requires a amendment to existing development plan, so we are looking for someone to draw that up. We have hardcopy and pdf versions of existing floor plans. Hopefully the quote would also include any changes post submission if council requires any.
