I want to build a brick double garage (6.4m x 6.4m) and need some plans drawn up so that i can engage builders and get an estimate of cost.
the garage will be fully detached from my house in my back yard.
at this stage i only want quotes on the cost of the drafting and will make a decision from there.
i have drawn up scaled sketches with measurements that i can provide to the draftsman to assist with the drafting process.
