Drawing/plan for narrow room under existing eves needs engineering calcs

Plan Drawing for a builder to work off, for a very small extension (under existing eve's) brining out the rear wall 3 feet at the back of the house. This work is mainly being done for structural support of the back of the house which was cut off by builders and not supported well enough, roof now sagging. Require a drawing which includes engineers calculations for foundations and support required. Already have an archicentre report to go by, and very old plans of house.
