We need drawings to submit to council to apply for a permit for a crossover. We also need drawings and the design for a front wall to replace a picket fence for privacy and sound (we are on a main road with heavy traffic, foot traffic and trams). Obstacles on the footpath which are affect the permit application include- electric box, gutter drain, a tram stop, a traffic light and pedestrian crossing. The front of the property is about 12 meters wide- there is space for a crossover but the design needs to be precise.
