Drawings to submit for building permits to improve my current patio.

i require drawings to submit to obtain a building permit for a moderate size improvement. Currently i have an old covered in patio at the rear of my house which sits on a cement slab. I want plans drawn to re-build this part of the house making it a versitile room for use year round. I want the room enclosed and insulated with stacker doors opening up in to the backyard allowing for good ciculation in summer. I want the room to act as a rumpus room in winter and a type of semi outdoor room for winter. the slab is approx 10 x 4 metres, i am planning on laying a timber floor over the slab and then just framing the outside, covering with blueboard and the inside plaster. The only part i am unsure about is the roof, if i would build it from the main roof or leave it as is running from the eves. i am expecting the plans to be fairly basic and just enough to get permits approved, the building side of things is quite striaght forward.
