Owner builder in Bayside VIC 3190 requires a draftsman to produce plans and possibly take them through engineering, council planning and building permits. I know the work I want done, the building is a small 3br semi-detatched double brick house and the extension work is to add an ensuite bathroom appx 2.6m x 1.5m, and remove a rear porch/laundry so that the kitchen can be extended out an additional appx 5m x 5m.
