We have a carpenter tradesman to do the job, including roof, tiles and gutters & holes for cementing in posts etc. the floor will just be loose rock scree topping . the structure should be substantially strong , good foundations , to withstand strong winds, storm rain , hail etc. the roof to be tiled the same as the house, the roof line to be in symetrey with the house as much as possible .
