I am going to have a patio cover (roof) erected over an existing wooden deck at my new flat.
I need some plans drawn up.
It is a simple kit carport style metal roof - 3M X 3M X 3M - purchased from ShedsNMore in Dandenong.
Maroondah City Council want me to draw up some plans - I did some, but they weren't happy with the standard - so I need them professionally done.
The flat is at 9/18 New St, RINGWOOD.
