Plans for rumpus/office that are attached to house.

Our house is on a slope (front down to back) and attached to the back of the house is an existing decking that is approx 1 floor above the ground (with nothing under it).
we would like to remove the existing decking and build a rumpus/office in its place.
the roof of the rumpus will become the floor that replaces the existing deck for the main house.
internal stairs will be required.
we are just looking to have the plans done as we have someone to build.
